**حول الدور**

سوف يكون مساعد المبيعات في GMG مسؤولًا عن المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة للعملاء بهدف تحقيق فرص المبيعات القصوى وتقديم خدمة استثنائية.

**المسؤوليات الأساسية**:

- يصف ميزات المنتج وفوائده ؛ يوضح استخدام ومعالجة المنتج
- يثقف العملاء على معايير ومواصفات جودة العلامات التجارية
- يقدم نصيحة للعملاء حول مجموعات المنتجات الأكثر مناسبة لاحتياجاتهم ؛ يجيب على استفسارات العملاء لمساعدتهم في اتخاذ قرار بالشراء
- يقدم معلومات للعملاء حول الضمانات والميزات والمواصفات والصيانة ورعاية المنتجات.
- يضمن تلبية احتياجات العملاء ، وتسوية الشكاوى (أو تصعيدها) ، وتقديم خدمة العملاء بمستوى استثنائي
- يحافظ على الوعي بإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة والفعاليات الترويجية والمبيعات
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات باستخدام تقنيات المبيعات ، والترويج للمزيد من المنتجات والمبيعات المتقاطعة
- يضمن دقة الترويج والتسعير وفقًا لمعايير وسياسات الشركة
- يحسب أسعار البيع والخصومات حسب الاقتضاء. يحتفظ بسجلات المبيعات
- يستلم ويعالج النقدية والتغيير والدفعات الائتمانية ويُعِد فواتير وإيصالات
- يعمل كأمين ويكون دقيقًا باستمرار في التعامل مع المال (في حالة اقتضاء)
- يتبع إجراءات ما بعد البيع في المتجر ويضمن الالتزام الكامل بسياسات وإجراءات إصلاح / إرجاع البضائع
- يلتزم بقواعد الوقاية من الخسارة والتحكم في المخزون وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية للشركة
- يقدم المساعدة في تجهيز المنتج في ترتيبه وترتيبه في المتجر
- يضمن تحقيق أعلى معايير التنظيف وآداب الاستقبال في المتجر في جميع الأوقات

**الإدارة الذاتية**:

- يحدد أهداف الأداء في بداية العام بالتشاور مع مدير الإبلاغ ويضمن تحقيق الأهداف خلال العام
- يتحمل مسؤولية جدولة أجندة التعلم الخاصة به من خلال تحديد احتياجات التطوير بالتشاور مع المدير والاتفاق على خطة التطوير الفردية التي تتعدى التدريب والتطوير فقط
- يبقى على اطلاع بالتطورات المهنية والتقنيات الجديدة والقضايا الحالية من خلال التعليم المستمر والنمو المهني
