**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**
As a Logistics Execution, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- _Lead SABER Register process and SABER shipment certificates for all 3M Saudi Arabia _Technology & Manufacturing _imported Shipments.
- _Ensure that daily review of Saudi Import Report from all forwarders and liaise with the forwarder for Customs clearance, maintains transportation documentation by keeping accurate records
- _Liaise with the stakeholders for delivery instructions and notification to the forwarder accordingly
- _Maintain adequate reports with shipment information by consolidating information from all forwarders.
- _Lead the document control - Bayan & POD to be verified and filed for audit records.
- _Lead all SASO / SABER plant audit coordination with close Communication with 3M Plants and all stockholders
- _Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of transportation information systems in order to assist in the preparation of basic distribution studies applicable to area of assignment
- _Lead Warehouse operations such as inbounds, outbounds, orders dispatching to customers and maintain records and proof of deliveries.**Your Skills and Expertise**:

- _Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business administration or Equivalent,
- _At least 2-3 years’ experience in relevant to Supply Chain or Logistics / Transportation /warehousing
- _Influencing capabilities
- _Knowledge and understanding of Multinational processes
- _Quality management system (Audits, ISO Certificates, SFDA, SASO)
- _Good English knowledge
