**Your responsibilities**:

- Drives the global Divisions strategy in the Country and to grow sales and market. Define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products in allocated markets.
- Support delivering Order Received Budget for Drives business as set in APP as well as the stretched growth ambition with aking over sales support role of MVD portfolio supporting different sales team members.
- Coordinates market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data through Proper market sizing and channels to market definition in Saudi Arabia market.
- Provides product and technical support to sales team and segment sales leaders and ensure best in class time to quote.. advance sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Salesperson.
- Develops and implements annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Divisions/Product Lines. Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market. Evaluates market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the strategy. Coordinates opportunities across local Divisions and local Business Areas where appropriate.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing Buying and Non-Buying customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Understands customer needs in the market by visiting customers. Ensures the customer satisfaction surveys are executed; analyzes results and assists with corrective actions. Develops and implement product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with global PG/LSU Team. Drives continuous improvement on NPS. Ensures the resolution of customer issues.
- Prepare business-specific development plan for team members. With Continuous pipeline management in coordination with related divisions and global segment leaders.
- Implement ABB Value Based selling, Specifications influence, Capture team selling with cross business and cross borders collaboration. Demand creation either directly for ABB or global / local OEMs and System integrators across ABB Drives portfolio.

**Your background**:

- Ideally, you'll hold a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 7 - 8 years of experience with at least 4 years’ pure experience in Drives
- Marketing and sales solid experience with proven track record.
- Effective communication internally within the organization & externally with customers.
- Results orientation and dedication.
- Ownership.
- Computer skills in Microsoft office (mainly Word, excel & power point).
- Teamwork / spirit with ability to transfer know and develop technical capabilities.
- Time management.
- Work under pressure for long durations with maximum / effective output.
- Must have the following essential requirements:

- Strong background for Water, Waste Water, HVACR, Mining segments.
- Proven experience in MEA markets (Saudi Arabia, GCC or North African markets).
- Multinational mindset and corporate understanding skills Teamwork / spirit
- Constructive approach mindset with excellent presentation skills.
- Work under pressure for long durations with maximum / effective output.
- Nice to have the following preferred requirements:

- Experience of ABB and main competitors LV and MV Drives portfolio.
- Bilingual speaker (Arabic + English).
- SFDC full knowledge (Pipeline management, Funnel screening, Campaigns..etc)
- Fluency in both spoken & written English and Arabic.
