We would like to unite all type of gamers and ecosystem players: Console, PC, Mobile Gamers, Amateur or Professional E-Sports Players, E-Sports organizers, Game Studios, Game publishers, Non-Profit Organizations, Retailers, Pre-Owned Equipment buyer and sellers: Unlike others La3eb will be built exclusively for Arabic speaking gamers considering their preferences from payment methods to loyalty programs and connects them with the local gaming community.

It’s amazing to see how gamers from different parts of the region can interact as elves, dwarves and other creatures from fantasy worlds and remain united in virtual reality. We believe that by bringing the community of gamers under one roof, we can take the gaming world to another level of excitement in the region. That's why our massive transformative purpose (MTP) is “Unite gamers, ignite happiness”.

La3eb isn’t only a platform for playing but a unifying place to where upbeat, fun, tech savvy, gaming geeks Connect, Create, Shop and Play; all on one app.

We are a KSA based company and we are building distributed teams who will be working remotely based in KSA and Turkey. We want to create a team of ideal team players who are;

Currently we are looking for a Brand & Communication Manager who will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.

**Responsibilities**
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually and which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter.
- Help define the brand vision & identity, mindful of product positioning and target markets, in collaboration with the Commercial and Product teams.
- Take offers themes from concept to final execution within deadlines. With alignment between internal stakeholders (commercial, product, design,... etc.).
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
- Initiating, developing and implementing a branding plan that includes all branding activities needed for the company.
- Identify and act upon key player insights, working alongside the Community, Research and Analytics teams.
- Ability to translate key product features into compelling messaging across all marketing channels, in line with brand vision, objectives and key markets.
- Manage graphic designers, set and exhibit designers, or other design staff.
- Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the client or company.

**Requirements**:

- Previous success as a Brand Manager, design manager, art director or similar role, with extensive three years’ experience.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry is essential.
- Analytically minded with a strong understanding of data and a results-driven attitude.
- Proven track record in devising, planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of key communication channels and social platforms, including Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Twitter and Steam.
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple titles and genres.
- Thrives in creative environments, relishing the ideation process.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, design or similar field (or equivalent).
