**Responsibilities**:

- Discovering new sales customers & opportunities in domestic and freight.
- Understand customer’s needs & working with them as trustable advisory.
- Effectively follow sales procedures and processes to close sales.
- Conduct field visits, understand customers’ requirements and assess current situation to established service needs.
- Conduct sales activities and promote current and new services to existing and potential customers.
- Educate clients to provide correct information about their requests for better client experience and operational commitments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the Logistics Express industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

**Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Very good in English both verbally and written.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
