**Your Profile**
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university
- At least 10+ years of experience in working with electrical substations and SVC projects
- Certification in IPMA-C is desirable
- Having work experience in Saudi Arabia will be an added advantage
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with the respective quality management systems and NPS
- Excellent command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations, willingness to work outside of regular working hours in time critical situations.
- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Fully responsible for the P&L, forecasted revenue, GM, and FCF of the project
- Leading the execution team of different disciplines towards project completion
- Fully responsible for projects accordance to Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements with end-to-end responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule and EHS.
- Definition and management of schedules, budget, risk, change control, opportunity and resource management.
- Resource Management will include the on-time delivery of materials, field service and technical documentation and reports. To ensure that Contractual Obligations are fulfilled.
- Responsible for developing Customer Relationships
- Will meet with Customers and lead Project progress and Technical review meetings
