We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a team of relocation professionals, who are delivering international & domestic relocation services to an assigned caseload of expatriates.

The Senior Relocation Account Managers responsibilities include:

- Managing the transition of new clients to the company, to ensure a successful on-boarding process
- Manage a team of Account Managers and Relocation Consultants on a daily basis
- Manage the performance and professional development for the team
- Measure and monitor client satisfaction throughout the delivery of services
- Ensure client satisfaction at all times through exceptional customer service delivery and effective problem-solving skills
- Improve and implement changes to the business processes, where necessary

**Key skills and qualifications of the Senior Relocation Manager**:

- 5+ years experience in the Relocation Industry and Destination Services
- MUST have relocation experience within KSA market
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous managerial and staff leadership experience is essential
- In depth understanding of relocation services including; city orientations, home search, school search etc.
- Confident communicator with ability to deliver presentations to clients and senior management
- Strong client services and account management skills
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certifications preferred

**Salary**: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
