Relocruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-established relocation firm based in Saudi Arabia.

They provide corporate, immigration and relocation services in the Middle East and they are now seeking a Client Account Manager to join their growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As the Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relocation requirements within The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to ensure consistent delivery of high levels of client service for its Middle East operations.

Your main responsibilities include planning and allocating work and priorities, assessing contributions, giving, and receiving feedback, motivating consultants and clients, handling conflicts and problems, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, managing inputs for the system for Saudi Arabia services.

You will also be coordinating, and arranging orientation tours, home searches, school searches, administration, employee, and immigration support during the initial setup of the company for Business Services in the Middle East.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship & Client Support**:

- Provide consultation client’s relocation policy and provide support on delivery of client relocation program, as provided for in the client’s scope of work.
- Primary interface with client for service delivery and program completion, identify process gaps and create solutions for client ensuring service level agreements are delivered.
- Liaising with the relocating assignees and company relocation consultants.
- Regular review calls with clients - Annually, Quarterly or Weekly.
- Completing monthly / quarterly reports as required by client.
- Expense management for client when required.
- Communicate with the client HR function, the relocating assignees and relocation consultants.
- Managing assignee’s relocation milestones through Client Portal updates.
- Manage assignee escalations to ensure resolution, in accordance with Client Service Level Agreement
- Ensure operational compliance and delivery in alignment with Client Service Level Agreement

**Relocation Management**:The position will be to support company’s operations in the Middle East ensuring excellence in client service and to manage the execution of the performance plans.
- Managing client initiations and making sure handled effectively and efficiently.
- Implementing and following Company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Onboarding of new clients to ensure smooth transition.
- Managing client accounts through active system updates and the online portal to ensure full utilisation by staff and clients.
- Managing and Tracking client complaints to ensure they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Conducting regular reviews with clients to ensure consistent delivery of service.
- Support Relocation Consultants in managing administrative actions, along with re-allocation of cases, should Relocation Consultant become unavailable (coordinating itinerary, property viewing, school tours and settling-in activities).
- Coordinate with Relocation Team lead to ensure accounts’ needs are met, profitability is managed to ensure a long term, mutually beneficial and profitable relationship.

**Administrative**:

- Ensure reporting documents are up to date.
- Dealing with Saudi Arabia (KSA) authorities including immigration, Municipality, Utility Companies, on behalf of relocating assignees and their HR teams.
- Coordinate clients’ requirements with assigned Relocation Consultant.
- Oversee and assist with contract signing between assignee and Landlord/Agent in the absence of the Relocation Consultant.

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience working at a corporate level with experience of dealing / communicating with senior level management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Client service focused with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to drive forward to completion.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills.
- Change and conflict management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to multi-task essential.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.

- Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people.

- Experience in dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals.
- A team player but with ability to work by oneself.
- Fluent English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work under pressure especially when deadlines need to be met.
- Proactive with a positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at a corporate level.
