**1. JOB DETAILS:
**Position Title**:Digitalization, specialist**

**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
The Digitalization specialist while looking into better technology and workflow solutions. He must have the necessary abilities and skills to understand OT architecture (e.g. Yokogawa, SIMENS, GE etc.) along with building and maintaining SQL databases, perform data analytics, building and managing Power BI dashboards, maintenance of PIMS systems (Tags configuration, data extraction etc.), to integrate plant data with historians, work with OSI PI or equivalent, and collaborate with IT Cybersecurity functions. Additionally, this individual will serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical teams. The digitalization specialist will oversee and coordinate all digital initiatives and project outlines and to maintain new technologies implementation tracking platform

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
**Qualification**:
1. Bachelor's degree.

**Experience**:
1. Knowledge of and at least (2) two years' experience with the PIMS System (Plant information Management System)

**Skills**:

- Data Analytical Tools i.e. Power BI, expert in Excel formulas, OSI PI client tools for Data visualization in form of dashboards and understanding of OT architecture.
- Plant Data integration techniques, PIMS, data warehousing, SQL database integration and Oracle
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in an expanding and changing IT environment to create high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication and management abilities, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Excellent multitasking, effective writing and communication abilities.
- Strong business-technical relationships; and problem-solving expertise.
- A solid grasp of project management planning and principles.
- The capacity to convince teams of individuals to do a task on schedule.

**4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for managing digitalization projects, familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI, PI charts, etc., as well as a fundamental understanding of OT architecture.
- Dealing with various digitalization technologies, particularly data warehousing, SQL database integration, Mining Database and Oracle.
- Maintenance of PIMS system and facilitate the end users for any query related to Plants Data requirement

Collaboration and fulfill the requirement of Cybersecurity Policies related to IT or OT for on-going Digitization projects.
- Working independently as a functional engineer for plant meta data on the Data Historians, ongoing or upcoming digitalization initiatives / Projects for the improvement of plant performance, involvement in pilot projects and input from all stakeholders
- Coordinating with cross-functional team members engaged in the digitization process, such as analysts, engineers, and end users.
- Cooperating closely with the engineering team to enhance digitalization technology.
- Responding to inquiries from clients and consulting engineers regarding the digitization process.
- Manage any digitization initiative and act as its focal point.
- Takes part in specialized initiatives as needed.
- Assuring technological feasibility and incorporating all pertinent stakeholders.
- Produce and keep up-to-date thorough project documentation.
- Control project schedules and monitor project results.
- Using the proper verification procedures, manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project expenses.
- Assess project performance using the right tools and methods.
- Take part in planning meetings with corresponding stake holders and with the teams from different functions.
- Develops and executes project communication strategies, updating stakeholders and affected staff on the status of the project.
