Insurance Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee all insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage for company assets and operations.
- Evaluate and assess the company’s insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers to secure the best possible rates and services.
- Handle insurance claims by investigating and gathering relevant information to facilitate timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on insurance-related matters and risk management practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of the insurance portfolio to identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Officer or similar role in risk management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
