**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain office organization, including filing systems, records management, and inventory control.
- Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a safe and efficient workplace.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration or coordination (2+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial principles is a plus.
