**Responsibilities**
- Oversees the implementation of lean management system, Food Safety, GMP, 5S and Hygiene Standards and International standards for each maintenance section to support the continuous improvement as a long-term approach that will systematically achieve small & incremental changes in processes in order to improve efficiency and quality of Maintenance department of Industrial Manufacturing operation**.**:

- Ensure the integrity of installed assets of the company in Industrial Operation by assessing the submitted and identified future risks on Machineries and equipment to safeguard and preserve the business continuity of the company.
- Propose recommendations, plans & solutions to the Technical Service Director by providing expertise on Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance & Operation to ensure production reliabilities of the company.
- Validate the technical inputs from each operation sector by analysing the technical input of every maintenance Manager/Team leader/ supervisor to reach to a firm technical conclusion.
- Administrate the best engineering practices within the Industrial Operations by implementing Preventive Maintenance program, SOP’s and guidelines to ensure that the Operation Efficiency is achieved.
- Approve the submitted Preventive Maintenance updates and revisions by reviewing the history and the new recommendations from OEM to maintain the reliability of operation.
- Participate on the continuous development of the company by providing Technical and historical data to support the future growth and expansions like new production lines and major re-modelling projects.
- Conduct survey from all section managers/heads of operation by regular meeting, an effort to involve other functions to gather other unnoticed challenges / difficulties of production and operation.
- Lead a regular meeting of Power plant management to discuss the inputs gathered from other section of Industrial Operation to work out solutions and yield results.
- reports to achieve the agreed landing OPEX and CAPEX Maintenance budget of the section.
- Standardize the problem solving skills of all related managers/ Team leader/supervisors by providing and implementing a common tool to each manager/ Team leader/supervisors of the section.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the section by creating tool like KPIs for performance measurement, in collaboration with Planning and Performance team.
- Motivate the employees and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account global best practices.
- Ensure that all departmental reports and statements are completed timely and comply with local and international principles of governance and the organization’s policies and standards.
- Manage the development and implementation of the Utilities & Facilities policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement, to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic).
- SCE membership.
- Maintenance Software Training Certification.
- 7-12 years of experience in relevant field.
