Business Development Executive

Kenz, a fast growing contracting company incorporated by a group of professionals with 60 plus years of combined experience in the Saudi Market focused in Electrical Automation, Cold Storages, Communication shelters, MEPF, Modular & Prefab solutions, and industrial and commercial kitchens with flagship companies in their clientele.
**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development executives to join our dynamic Business Development team. In this role, you will play a key role in generating new business leads and supporting the sales process. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, following up on proposals, and exploring new business opportunities within the engineering contracting sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi national (female) with strong communication and analytical skills to contribute to the growth of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the engineering contracting industry.
- Develop and maintain a call list of targeted companies.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our engineering contracting services.
- Secure appointments for the Business Development team to meet with qualified leads.
- Meet the prospective clients
- Follow up with proposals submitted to existing clients and potential clients.
- Explore new business opportunities and identify market trends within the engineering contracting sector.
- Qualify leads by gathering information about client needs and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions with potential clients.
- Support the Business Development team with administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Undergrad or Diploma in engineering preferably.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing or business development role (preferred).
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Preference to Saudi national (female).
