**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular market research and provide reports on findings to the line manager.
- Establish contact with prospective clients and new markets to drive sales and expand business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new leads and clients within the assigned market segment.
- Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, ensuring the correct procedures are followed.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Keep abreast of customer expectations and competitor pricing strategies to ensure competitive and timely pricing.
- Provide technical support, product information, and guidance to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing guidelines and maintain maximum profit margins.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports to the line manager, including updates on tasks, client visits, proposals, and sales activities.
- Manage all documentation related to clients, such as credit and registration forms for new activations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Academic Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role In FMCG industry and worked with HORECA, Corporate and Facilities Management Clients, preferably in the GCC region.
- **Languages**: Fluent in both **Arabic** and **English** (written and oral).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business-related software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman market trends is a plus.
