- Senior Consultants are able to leverage their experience todeliver discrete projects with mínimal supervision. **_Consulting Execution_**
- _ An ambassador for the Wipro tenets and values, secures greatfeedback from multiple clients_
- _ Consulting project Manager or equivalent coordinates teams ofconsultants, responsible for assuring quality of deliverables_

- _ Organises the contribution of IP and knowledge assets to thecentral repository of Wipro and GCG and promotes reuse_

- _ Provides on/off site training, demos to existing staff asneeded. Develops process assets and other reusable artefacts based onlearnings from projects_
