Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Manager of MEP responsible for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of a large-scale infrastructure project. The MEP Manager ensures that the MEP systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP activities throughout all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding MEP-related matters, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of MEP engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective communication to achieve project milestones.
- Implement quality control measures to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements for MEP systems.
- Develop and monitor budgets for MEP activities, track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate risks to maintain project profitability and financial objectives.
- Establish MEP project schedules, monitor progress, identify critical path activities, and implement strategies to mitigate schedule delays and meet project deadlines.
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP systems, develop risk mitigation plans, and proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions and ensure continuity.
- Provide technical guidance and support on MEP design, equipment selection, system integration, energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and innovative technologies to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promote a culture of safety awareness, and enforce best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to MEP activities, including progress reports, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and close-out documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP engineering and project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and a minimum 10yrs+ experience in GCC (KSA experience ideally).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project), and MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and project team members.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, regulations, industry standards, and emerging trends in sustainable design and construction.
