**Business Development Executive Scope**:
To ensure the growth of t h e Organization in Saudi, in terms of its market share & profitability, through managing, supporting, and supervising the department team in developing new business opportunities and maximizing retention rate to achieve target sales goals.

**Opportunity Generation**
- Prospecting opportunities & creating leads.
- Sign Non disclosure agreement.
- Work with clients to develop concept & scope to generate non disclosure agreement / RFP
- Establish & maintain database for competitors, vendors, existing & potential clients.

**Managing Proposal Presentations**:

- Study opportunity with GM.
- Request Inputs from assigned PM, IT & HR
- Highlight the need for 3rd party / parties.
- Develop the Proposals Technically & Financially.
- Ensure alignment of PM & Finance, regarding the final proposal draft.
- Ensure Approval of GM regarding the proposals.

**Ensure Client satisfaction during project execution**
- Ensure all amendments of the contract during project life cycle, are documented legally and signed by client before execution.
- Ensure delivery of each stage as per contract / amendments
- Receive periodic reports from PM to ensure that the project is going as planned, before invoicing stage.

**Salary**: Up to ﷼45,000.00 per month
