**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are Looking for PMO - S&D Sr. Manager for one of our well-known clients based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**Title: PMO - Sales & Distribution Manager**

**VP - S&D**

**Job Profile**:
To manage PMO sales, distribution, outbound and business support strategic commercial objectives and initiatives and formulate the PMO strategy, and provide operational oversight and control on PMO activities and related projects/initiatives management, governance, optimization within the set timelines, policies and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Contribution**
- Track implementation of the annual strategic initiatives and plans / targets and implement drive the strategic agenda of the S&D PMO.
- Ensure that strategy developed is tracked operationally as per strategic initiatives for S&D PMO and monitor the performance.

**Leadership - **Build and manage priorities and objectives, performance, and provide ongoing feedback to manager with challenges vs goals.

**3. Budgeting -** Monitor financial performance for strategic / commercial initiatives versus plan so that business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.

**4. Project Management**
- Work closely with different directors, senior leaders, stakeholders on their strategic goals updates periodically and non priodically
- Coordinate different project activities, and define project timelines to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time deliver
- Ensure all stakeholders comply with the agreed project plans ensuring set forth quality metrics / KPIs and supporting technical leaders to initiate and execute strategy.- Monitor all project progress evolution, efficiency and financial and ensure that all the works are evolving as per agreed timelines and comply with the agreed standards.- 5.
**Governance and Organization**
- Comply with governance by establishing or following appropriate processes and systems for scanning, capturing and analyzing the business data (such as world markets, industry and organizational trends, economic and technology trends and business benchmarks).
- Track resources placed for optimized cost across different functions and projects,

**Risk Management and Standards**
- Prepare PMO customized standards for each new project / initiative depending on the type of project, budget and size of the investment to ensure best practices to meet company's policies and procedures.
- Identify different aspects of risk presented on a project coming from understanding of current projects, actual vs timeline, and to create preventative risk methods.

**Education, Experience & Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, Preferably MBA degree holder.

**Experience **:5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

**Skills**
- English and Arabic communication skills.
- Project Management skills.
- Stage Gate Process, CPS and Microsoft Project (an advantage)
