To develop, negotiate and evaluate Contracts scope ensuring all the terms of the contract abide by legislative requirement.
- Develop contracting & pricing strategies, conduct risk assessment and manage solicitations, pre-qualifications, IFP proposal evaluations & selection process, contract negotiations and preparation of contract award with procurement and Legal.
- Interprets the contract as to scope & deliverables and directly responsible of managing the activities within the function based on contract terms & conditions.
- Participates as active member of all investigations involving contract companies.
- Actively pursues resolution of issues using RCI and ABC/BOC tools.
- Participates in contract negotiations as technical representative to ensure MET requirements are met.
- Initiates discussions with procurement to refine or modify contract deliverables.
- Direct responsibility for resolution of issues pertaining to delivery of service defined within the contracts. Identified as a QA defect investigator for assigned functions
- Cross trained and serves as secondary support for all MSA functions.
- Experience handling multiple contracts at one time, interpreting contracts and dealing with claims and other contractual issues.
- Works with purchasing and the Shared Services Department to ensure alignment of department goals and priorities between the two groups responsible for managing the day to day and long term administration for all site managed services (e.g. scaffolding, insulation, etc
- Accountable for measuring the performance of service providers against the contract.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree, in any relevant field from an accredited recognized institution4+ years experienced in handling maintenance contracts including contracts administration, negotiation and commercial management exposure.
Preferably have experience of working in the Middle East
- Working knowledge of SAP and other international standards such as, pre
- and post-award contract administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, report writing and communication skills.

Has experience dealing with high value claims, dispute resolution, and arbitration.
