Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their team. As a consultancy dedicated to providing outstanding recruitment solutions to clients across multiple industries, including oil and energy, E-Talent offers a global reach and network to connect high caliber talent with organizations in need. The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing various contracts within the oil and energy industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all stages of the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to final negotiation and signing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure contract compliance.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers in interpreting and implementing contractual obligations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract records and document control.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
