نحن شركة رائدة في توفير سكن الموظفين في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث ندير 59 مبنى في مدن رئيسية. نركز على تقديم سكن مريح وبأسعار معقولة للموظفين ذوي الدخل المتوسط والمنخفض، خصوصاً للشركات الكبيرة التي لديها أعداد كبيرة من الموظفين. نتعاون مع عدة قطاعات مثل البناء، وإدارة المرافق (FM)، والتمريض، وغيرها من القطاعات التي تحتاج إلى توفير سكن للعمالة.
**وصف الوظيفة**:
بصفتك مدير المبيعات لسكن الموظفين، الذي سيتمركز في الرياض، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لاستهداف الشركات الكبرى في مختلف الصناعات. هدفك الرئيسي هو تأمين عقود مع الشركات التي تبحث عن توفير سكن لموظفيها، مع التركيز على القطاعات التي لديها احتياجات كبيرة للموظفين، مثل قطاع البناء، وإدارة المرافق، والرعاية الصحية. سيكون لديك أيضاً فرصة للحصول على عمولات بناءً على أدائك في المبيعات.
**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية مبيعات شاملة تستهدف الشركات متوسطة وكبيرة الحجم التي لديها احتياجات سكن كبيرة للموظفين.
- بناء علاقات مع صناع القرار الرئيسيين في قطاعات مثل البناء وإدارة المرافق والرعاية الصحية.
- تقديم حلولنا السكنية للعملاء، مع إبراز الفوائد والقيمة التي تقدمها لهم و لعمالهم.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق العمليات والتسويق لضمان توافق جهود المبيعات مع السعة المتاحة في المباني.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق وعروض المنافسين للحفاظ على ميزة تنافسية في قطاع سكن الموظفين.
- تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات، وضمان ارتفاع نسبة الإشغال في جميع المباني الـ59.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن تقدم المبيعات والتحديات والفرص للإدارة العليا.
- السفر حسب الحاجة للقاء العملاء المحتملين في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
**المؤهلات**:
- خبرة ١ - ٢ سنة مثبتة في المبيعات، خاصة في قطاع السكن أو العقارات، مع التركيز على المبيعات للشركات.
- فهم قوي لاحتياجات السكن للموظفين ذوي الدخل المتوسط والمنخفض.
- القدرة على بناء علاقات والتفاوض مع العملاء من مختلف القطاعات، بما في ذلك البناء، وإدارة المرافق، والرعاية الصحية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وتقديم العروض.
- الخبرة في العمل في مختلف المدن أو المناطق داخل المملكة العربية السعودية تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- توفر سيارة ورخصة قيادة سارية.
