We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and growing organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, Must have in the cleaning and hygiene industry or FMCG sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership and manager role(Must have).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driving license.
- Must be Good in Arabic
