Duplays was founded in 2007, to bring strangers together through the spirit of competition, by organizing sports leagues and teams for a myriad of recreational activities aiming to increase public health and shatter segregation through sport. Today, we embark on not just organizing high-quality sports experiences but building best-in-class multisport facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We’re joining Sports for All (SFA) on an exciting and groundbreaking mission, to increase the public's participation in recreational activities. Our facilities, at 7,000 sq. meters plus, will be home to various sports, offering a temperature-controlled, open space for individual customers, academies and federations to play the games they love.

As a result, we’re seeking a Digital Marketing Executive. Based in either Dammam or Jeddah but working on projects in both sites, you will have a passion for content creation with a thorough understanding of new technologies, trends and ways to cut through a cluttered environment.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, in this role you will collaborate and work across the business to create consistent and meaningful content.

**Challenges you will tackle**:

- Creating content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Managing the content calendar for social media programs, ensuring that all posts are ‘on brand’ and focused on increasing reach and engagement.
- Working closely with internal and external creative partners to create compelling content including video, photos and design.
- Coordinating with the client, internal team members and third-party agencies on marketing calendars and marketing requirements.
- Partnering with relevant team members and/or outside partners on major product launches and events using traditional and non-traditional media.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all social activities.
- Analyzing analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness to drive improvements in traffic/engagement.
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Performing other duties when needed.

**Person Specification**:

- A minimum of 3 years as a social media coordinator and content creator.
- Exceptional copywriting and copy-editing skills in Arabic, and English advantageous.
- Photo/Video editing and design experience.
- Experience with influencer marketing with a proven ability to manage bloggers and online influencers.
- Time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Experience using project management software to manage resources and deadlines.
- Creative ideas and innovative thinking.
- Ability to solve pressing communication problems as they arise.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

**Nice to haves**:

- Corporate communications experience.
- Investor relations experience.
- Marketing experience within the Sports Industry.
