The project:
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing a team of circa 20 Senior/Planning Managers to deliver monthly Client executive reports to required deadlines across the programme.
- Leads Integrated Master Schedule updates and presents monthly status at Client executive level.
- Oversees Interface Management process and presents monthly status at Client executive level.
- Oversees PMO process and procedure development, updates and rollout across the programme.
- Oversees Mace and PMC Planning Teams P6 User interface administration with Client Server.
- Conducts schedule onboarding sessions with new PMC staff on a monthly basis.
- Deliver internal training and development courses on a monthly basis.
- Contributes to the regional Mace business with lessons learned and best practice.
- Contributes to Mace ‘Centre of Excellence’ and ‘Insights’ with schedule benchmark data and process developments.
- Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software - Essential - Primavera P6 and Excel.
- Experience with recognised international contracting/consultancy organisation.
- Experience with PMO organisations (Desirable).

You’ll need to have:

- Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
- Mastery in setting up effective planning/schedule. management systems and procedures.
- Able to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.

You’ll also have:

- Degree (or equivalent) with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Construction, Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines.
- Working towards Chartered/registered member of a relevant institution Accreditation from recognised industry body (e.g APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA).
- Relevant CSCS Card.
- Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
