**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of our upcoming event.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement event plans & schedules
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and equipment
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and tear down of event infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event related to production or technical scope.
- Coordination for the installation of all areas Supervision of all materials Signage and material planning Logistics Damage protocols
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the event industry
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, Ramadan & Eid
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of technical & production background in the events
- A legal working permit to work in Saudi Arabia is required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 54 per week

**Salary**: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
