Our valued clients
- An **Events/Exhibitions Management company in KSA Riyadh **looking for a full-time **EVENT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (Native Arabic speaker)**.

Applicant must have a Minimum of 5 years in managing events, exhibitions, and operational work from events companies.
- Understanding requirements for each event/exhibition.
- Planning events with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Booking venues and prepare them with suitable setup.
- Research and manage suppliers (catering, decorators, musicians/entertainers, branding, production, AV, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the most favorable terms.
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
- Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards.
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
- Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time.
- Remaining under budget with all costs & submit reports.
- Managing client requirements and ensuring quality assurance and client satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in managing events, exhibition, operational work from events companies| Handling successful events.
- Bilingual speaker, English & Arabic.
- Education: Graduate in Marketing /Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations or relevant field is preferred.
- Skills: Good verbal & Written communication, creativity, ability to work under stress ,fast learner, multitasking
- Certified in Project Management

**Salary**: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼24,000.00 per month
