**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Conduct on-field visits to identify and engage potential clients.
- Utilize industry knowledge and networking skills to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and areas for business expansion.
- Provide regular reports and updates on market dynamics and potential leads.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5-6 years in business development within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
