**Job Description**:
Director Of Food And Beverage Job Duties

A director of food and beverage typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include and not limited to
- Overseeing the Food & Beveage financial performance, including tracking sales data and analyzing profit margins
- Hiring and managing a staff of waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and other employees who serve customers directly
- Ensuring that food preparation and sanitation standards are being met by all staff members
- Creating menus for each restaurant location to reflect seasonal offerings, local produce, and popular dishes
- Managing an inventory of food, beverage, and supplies to ensure that restaurants have adequate supplies for service
- Monitoring the quality of customer service to ensure that all staff members are providing excellent service to guests
- Managing catering operations for special events such as weddings or corporate dinners
- Ensuring that all dining facilities are well maintained to meet health codes and other requirements
- Developing promotions and advertising campaigns to increase sales and attract new customers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience at Food and Beverage management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to and develop a diverse team of professionals.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles, with the ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions to optimize revenue generation and control costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with at levels.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, including an understanding of different cuisines and beverage offerings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems related to menu planning, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced and ever environment
