We are looking for a service-minded Escalator Expert - Troubleshooter to provide professional elevator and escalator maintenance service to our customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier. You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance.
- What will you do?_- Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out the operations according to maintenance and safety instructions to ensure safety of end-users and other employees- Solve complex technical issues that are assigned to him/her- Perform first visits of new equipment coming from competitors or KONE when requested by sales/supervisor- Identify any technical issues in equipment under maintenance that could cause call outs or safety hazards and fix the issues- Provide feedback to any repair or adjustment needs that could reduce call outs and actively communicate with Technical Helpdesk Manager- Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and through proactive and precise on-site communication- Are you the one?_- 6+ years of experience in Elevators & Escalators industry.- Expert in high rise KONE Elevators and Escalators.- Very good communication skills and willingness to learn.- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
