Job Scope

This position entails providing technical guidance and support to the Sales team to ensure successful account penetration and implementation of company solutions.

As a technical expert, the Pre-Sales Engineer will build strong relationships with partners and customers to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  2. Develop and implement account penetration strategies with the Sales team.
  3. Qualify opportunities and provide technical support to the Sales team.
  4. Manage proof of concepts (POC) and request for proposals (RFP) to close opportunities.
  5. Build relationships with partners and customers to support sales objectives.
  6. Lead technical sales calls and presentations.
  7. Manage adoption and integration of company products/services within customer/partner business.
  8. Complete pre-sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
  9. Develop content and train partners and customers.
  10. Provide after-hours support and escalate issues when necessary.
