We are looking for a senior commercial financial analyst with strong operational experience in sales-related accounting and analytical support in automotive retail business. The role will partner with multiple stakeholders in KSA and USA to ensure accurate, complete and timely accounting, operational and analytical activities to support vehicle sales business operations. **The Role**:

- Maintain customer reservation and order details and reconcile with the Balance Sheet accounts
- Verify all payments in bank from customers against reservation and vehicle purchase and record in SAP
- Generate Advance VAT Invoice against payments received
- Verify all documents as per policy before Sales Invoicing/Revenue Recognition (purchase agreement, vehicle delivery, custom id, payments etc)
- Generate Vehicle Sales Invoice before resp. at the time of delivery, verify actual vehicle delivery document and record revenue in system
- Assist in Inventory reconciliation on weekly basis
- Reconcile advance payment and vehicle sales details with tax/accounting on monthly basis for the purpose of VAT Return
- Maintain GTP inventory in a safe along with GTP reconciliation
- Update payment and invoice details in Salesforce
- Prepare Daily Sales Report for the management
- Prepare calculation for buy/back, trade-in case approvals
- Reconcile Cost of Sales entries against Recognized Revenue (Inventory cost, freight, duty, insurance, warranty etc) and prepare VIN wise margin report
- Coordinate with US HQ counterparts for any additional operational/reporting requirements
- Special projects and other ad hoc assignments as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA, MBA and SOCPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in the automotive business
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) as well as finance, budgeting, cost control procedures
- Excellent time management skills, communication, decision making, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results
- Ability to develop strong partnerships and able to work with flexible work schedule to communicate with US HQ
- High proficiency MS Office/Excel, experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred
- Commercial Finance Accounting experience at an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier - a huge plus
