- **Software & Hardware Support**: Provide technical support for employees, including software installations, hardware repairs, and system updates.
- **Backup & Disaster Recovery**: Ensure data backup strategies are in place and regularly tested.
- **Access Control & IT Policies**: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security compliance across all systems.
- **Cloud & SaaS Management**: Administer cloud platforms and ensure seamless integration with company workflows.
- **Compliance & Best Practices**: Ensure IT policies align with industry standards and data protection regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field**.
- Proven experience in **server management, cybersecurity, and MDM solutions**.
- Strong knowledge of **Windows and Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms**.
- Familiarity with **firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and IT security frameworks**.
- Hands-on experience with **MDM tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar)**.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in a **marketing or creative agency** is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
