**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures the good condition of the fleet and readiness for the route
according to the work schedule
- Organize the work schedule of drivers, considering sick leave,
vacations, and other events.
- Organize the interchangeability of workers
- Submit work schedules to the payroll department
- Control the timeliness of the provision and correct execution of
documents confirming the right to be absent from work: sick leave,
vacations, and other documents
- Prioritize and prioritize work tasks
- Execute field experience to gain customer experience and assess
drivers
- Regular driver assessment. Develop correction plans for poor
performers
- Participation in the process of hiring drivers
- Development of a bonus system
- Maintain a neat appearance of drivers, keep the uniform of work
clothes in accordance with established standards
- Ensure the safety of received funds
- Keep the property in use safe and sound
- Honestly and conscientiously fulfil the assigned duties
- Set effective teamwork and develop the team continuously

**Key performance indicators**:

- Average stops per route for the group meet the target
- Average accidents and fees for the group meet the target

**Tasks for the pre-launch period, for instance**:

- Hire and test new drivers (Arabic test, driving test, etc)
- Develop the SOP for drivers
- Develop the logistics and process for daily morning and evening
routines
- Develop bonus system for drivers
