We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow System Administrator responsible for the following tasks:
**1. System management, maintenance, and solving problems and malfunctions.**:

- Complete system management in all environments (experimental and production).
- Ensure the availability of parent company support.
- Performing regular maintenance of the system.
- Ensure high availability of the system.
- Solve any problem that appears in the system.
- Returning the system to its normal state before the problem appears. Ensuring the availability of backup copies of the system.
- Analyzing problems and their causes.

**2. Implementing system requirements and modifications**
- Implementing any requirements on the existing services in the system and ensuring their quality and effectiveness (end-to-end process).
- Incident & Service Request Management
- Problem Management Process - Change Management process.
- Knowledge Management
- Asset & Service Configuration Management process
- Service Catalog Management
- Configuration Management
- Service Level Management process.
- Service Reporting process.
- Modifications and improvements to any requirements of the system in general According to requirements.
- Modifications, and improvements to Forms or Templates
- Modifications and improvements to procedures and templates.
- Interfaces and user experience
- Build templates for reports as needed
- Preparing alerts and messages as required and b
- Make the required updates

**3. Interconnections and APIs**
- Azure Active Directory - Connect the system with
- Connecting the system with other systems

**4. Improvements to procedures and processes**
- Conduct periodic evaluation and improvements to the system
- All the below related to ServiceNow system.
- In alignment with ITIL - providing recommendations and assistance to improve
- procedures and processes in accordance with ITIL Framework 4
- The path's strategic objectives
- ITSM Responsibilities and Roles (SLAs) and Service Level Agreements (KPIs)
- Improvements to KPIs
- Complete and groups
- Implementing and implementing recommendations on the system

**5. Configuration and testing**
- Conduct the necessary configuration, tests, and user experience tests on the test environment.

**6. Delivery**
- Start-up and maintenance of the production environment
- Handing over all systems and documents

**7. Training and knowledge transfer**
- Training the specialized team on any new changes in the system.
- Providing the necessary brochures and materials to transfer knowledge to the relevant team.
