We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Long Tail Account Manager to join our team. As a Long Tail Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of Long Tail Accounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and maximize business opportunities in this segment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with long-tail accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for long tail accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within long-tail accounts, maximizing revenue generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to long-tail accounts
- Monitor account performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement and growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the long tail segment, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our value proposition
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, with a focus on managing long tail accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends within the long tail segment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
