**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for ICT and ELV solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and referrals.

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the ICT and ELV sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ICT systems, ELV solutions (such as security systems, audio
- visual systems, structured cabling, etc.), and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of sales experience in ICT and/or ELV solutions.
- Established network and contacts within the industry will be a plus.
