**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Identify and target potential markets and customers in the polyethylene foam industry. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market reach.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities. Provide product information, technical support, and excellent customer service.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales objectives set by the company. Continuously track and optimize sales performance to ensure targets are achieved.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs. Use insights to shape sales strategies and suggest improvements.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closing**: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while aligning with company goals. Effectively close deals to maximize sales revenue.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data. Utilize CRM systems to monitor customer interactions and track sales progress.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in sales, preferably in the polyethylene foam industry or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
