This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia under the Clinical and Medical Affairs department and reporting directly to the Senior Medical & Clinical Director.

**The Position**

As a Rare Disease Medical Manager, you will be able to develop and implement Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Health Care Professionals (HCPs) Payers, and relevant medical associations. In addition, you will be able to design, plan and execute the medical launch strategy for new products.

Main Accountabilities:

- Train and support internal stakeholders in the disease guidelines and science behind the brands
- Support pharmacovigilance cases when required
- Participate in the national and international congress of the unit
- Select specific publications to promote according to the product strategy and copyrights compliance
- Support the sales force/access team in the scientific medical dialogue with HCPs and KOLs

**The Qualification**

As a Rare Disease Medical Manager, you need to be good at identifying needs and opportunities for overall strategic changes in the culture organization or in the way of positioning the business. Have solid medical knowledge, medical image, and educational aptitudes

**Requirements**:

- Medical Degree is a must; Postgraduate certificates is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or Clinical Practices
- People Management or Leadership experience is highly preferable
- Experience in Rare Diseases is a plus
- Proficiency in oral and written English is a must
