The Service Delivery Coordinator will manage the service delivery for Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals in Saudi area. You will be responsible for ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short
- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection.

**As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing and overseeing Chemical operations to provide support and guidance to our customers.
- Reviewing work activities, job programs and design through collaboration with the sales team and understanding client’s requirements
- Maintaining existing business contracts and customer relationships to help identify new business opportunities.
- Owning financial planning to understand revenues, expenses, headcount, and profitability.
- Managing and developing your team to ensure effective planning, share knowledge and to encourage success.
- Maintaining internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering or equivalent.
- Have +10 years of experience in related field.
- Demonstrate expertise in Chemical operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrate business acumen and ability to ensure product delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and customers.
- Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have a proven track-record of growing a business and delivering profitable results.
