We are looking for a Training and Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Enablement specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales, Delivery, and Service teams by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to drive success. Your expertise in communications, learning strategies, content development, and training will be essential in equipping our commercial teams with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively operate, engage with customers, and achieve their targets while creating an exemplary customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a library of sales resources, including training materials, instructions guides, playbooks, sales collateral, and presentations and more to assist the Sales and Delivery team in their customer interactions
- Design, develop, localize, and deliver sales enablement programs, to support the sales and delivery team throughout the entire sales cycle
- Coordinate and communicate internally and with new team members to ensure a seamless user experience is provided for onboarding and new hire training
- Deliver systems and sales training materials to team members to support new hire training, new location openings, and independent initiatives
- Partner and innovate to implement and maintain a defined communications strategy across the Retail Organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training and enablement needs and develop strategies, content, tools, and communications to address them
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills, including product knowledge, sales techniques, value proposition communication, and soft skills to build trust and rapport with customers
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of programs and materials for the local audiences, gather feedback from stakeholders, and make improvements and updates as necessary
- Maintain support for and innovate on existing new hire training tools and content
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales enablement to ensure our sales team remains at the forefront of the industry
- Act as a resource and support system for Retail teams providing guidance and assistance in navigating customer challenges, objections, and complex sales and customer service situations
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies, optimize processes, and identify areas for improvement within the sales enablement function
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in sales enablement, training, communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Experience in designing and developing training programs and content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and learning management systems
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose creative solutions
- Self-motivated and proactive with an ownership mindset and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous environment
