**The Job in a Nutshell**

**What you will do**
- Training and Development:

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new and existing sales team members.
- Create and maintain a library of sales training materials, including presentations, videos, and written guides.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.

Content Creation:

- Develop and manage sales enablement content, such as sales playbooks, competitive analysis, and product sheets.
- Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with current marketing and product messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales collateral.

Sales Tools and Technology:

- Implement and manage sales enablement tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Provide ongoing support and training for sales tools to ensure maximum utilization and effectiveness.
- Analyze tool usage and effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements or new solutions.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Create regular reports and dashboards to track sales enablement effectiveness.

Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with sales leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored enablement solutions.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Support sales team members with ad-hoc requests for information, training, or resources.

**What Are We Looking For❓**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.

**Who Will Excel❓**
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of content creation tools
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles.
