Job Description:
As a B2B Sales Event Representative, you will be
responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish when selling
event services to other businesses. This includes identifying new business
opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, and
negotiating and closing deals—organizing and executing sales events to generate
leads and drives sales for the company.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Event Planning and Strategy:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to
develop event strategies that align with the company's sales goals and target
audience.
- Conduct research to identify relevant industry
events, and conferences to participate in.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for each event,
including booth space, materials, travel arrangements, and event timelines.

2. Event Execution:

- Set up and manage exhibition booths at trade shows
and other events.
- Engage with potential customers and attendees,
showcasing the company's products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to
educate prospects about the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Collect and manage leads by utilizing lead capture
systems and CRM tools.
- Follow up with leads and prospects after the event
to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.

3. Collateral Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop
sales collateral to support event activities, including brochures, presentations, and promotional

materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date,
accurate, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and measure the effectiveness of each event
using predefined metrics.
- Provide post-event reports, including lead
generation, conversion rates, and ROI analysis.
- Continuously analyze event performance and make
recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a
related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in event
planning or show management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with
the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
- Excellent organizational and project management
skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the B2B sales process and experience
in lead generation and conversion.
- Ability to travel to events and shows as required.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
