**Job Description**:
AECOM Arabia is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our program management team. As the Commercial Manager reporting to the Director of Commercial and Program Management Services, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success and sustainability of the program. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in developing and implementing commercial best practices, including procurement and supply chain engagement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the program, aligning it with the Process and overall program objectives.
- Advise on commercial matters, including procurement, supply chain, investment, partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, such as government agencies, tourism organizations, hospitality providers, and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for enhancing products and services.
- Conduct financial analysis, business modeling, and feasibility studies to assess the viability and profitability of new commercial initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks through the implementation of robust risk management strategies and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to the procurement and supply chain teams, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, risk management, and resolution of commercial disputes.
- Monitor and analyze performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing commercial operations.
- Lead and inspire the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Enhance team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 15 years in strategic commercial advisory roles, large-scale projects, or programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex commercial challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data, conduct financial modeling, and assess investment opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and business development principles, including market analysis, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience in evaluating and negotiating commercial agreements, partnerships, and business relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
