As an Office Manager**,** you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our office, ensuring efficient operations, and providing support to our staff and management team. You will be a key contributor to creating a positive and productive work environment.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, events, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as the point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage communication channels within the office and facilitate effective information flow.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested.

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
