1. Update insurance policy contract information on the system database.

2. Processing of pre-authorization requests to insurance companies electronically.
- Receives prior-authorization requests from the attending physician
- Reviews and ensures all necessary information is well justified before processing the

request to the corresponding insurance company.
- Contacts attending physician for additional information needed.
- Obtains/process authorization from the insurance company in timely manner.
- Completes pre-approval requests for any technical issue as per payer’s comment _(E.g.

Attaching patient’s result as needed)_
- Accurately documents the received authorization to the patient’s file.

3. Assists patient’s needs related to insurance matter such as coverage of the policy benefit.

4. Responds and assists other department’s issue limited to insurance related concerns

5. Prepares and submits the claims on daily basis to the insurance audit section for review.

6. Responsible in securing KPI daily report
- Review and verify patient’s file
- Tabulation of reception-insurance error related

7. Assists in monthly claims submission
- Organize and prepares daily review justification to be distributed to the attending doctors
- Compiles and submits the justified/modified claims to the insurance audit section
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of information of the claims.
- Prepares summary insurance-finance related report.

8. Provides outstanding service to insurance patients and maintain positive working relationships.

9. Maintains confidentiality at all times.

10. Performs additional duties as per Insurance Manager decree.

**Salary**: ﷼2,300.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
