Webook.com is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to manage attendance tracking, health insurance administration, government relations for HR, and payroll processes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations while efficiently supporting daily HR operations. This includes overseeing the attendance system, ensuring accurate records for all employees, addressing attendance issues, and providing regular reports on employee attendance trends to management.

Additionally, the HR Operations Coordinator will assist in leave management, ensuring policies are adhered to and leave balances are correctly recorded. They will also communicate with employees to ensure they are aware of their attendance and that required requests are properly submitted.

Furthermore, the HR Operations Coordinator will handle all HR-related governmental processes, including visas, work permits, and renewals. They must maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant laws.

The role also involves assisting with payroll processing, ensuring all attendance, leaves, and overtime are accurately reflected. The HR Operations Coordinator will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements. They will address payroll queries and discrepancies raised by employees, review and ensure all increases are accurately reflected.

Finally, the HR Operations Coordinator will ensure compliance with labor laws, particularly in attendance, payroll, and health insurance areas. They will prepare and submit regular HR reports, including but not limited to attendance, health insurance, payroll, and HR operations transactions to the HR Manager/Director.
