**Description**:
To manage, monitor and react to the performance in marketing, sales of a brand or group of brands in coordination with the Sales Management and Trade Marketing

Tailor strategies by Category & by Channel and execute initiatives to meet requirements

To optimiza effecctiveness of consumer / shopper activity at trade channels

To actively participate in and support the customer development plan and process

To ensure achieving Superior instore presence for the brands at the Point of Purchase (POP), at various trade channels

Responsible to ensure that category volume / value are achieved within the assigned budget and planned objectives

Responsible to achieve targeted profit, market share and numeric distribution goals as per the assigned objectives

Accountable to analyze teh essentials: The Country, Channel, Customer, Communication, Competition, Category, Shopper & Consumer, and make recommendatios based on the obtained knowledgable insights

Set the budget in volume and values for all the Category Brands.

Ensure a complete, clear and up to date reflection of the Brand Name.

Identity Business Objectives, Consumer Goals, Budgets, and Timelines.

Ensure the optimum development and implementation of the annual promotional plans in coordination with the Sales Departments.

Review and assess all previous and current Consumer Activities

Develop the trade Plan which should be part of the annual brand plan.

Conduct Brainstorming sessions to agree on type of Consumer Activity to be used and ideas for execution in coordination with the Trade Marketing and Sales Managers.

Managing P&L

Conduct constant market visits and surveys to assess the brand status and the competition positioning and visibility.

Evaluate the performance of Marketing Activities based on set criteria.

Monitor and Analyze Activities of Competitive brands (including packaging designs, merchandising strategies, new product launches, promotional activities, pricing strategies, etc.), and provide insights into their motives, and impact on the category.
