Reporting to our EVP of Analytics you will create impact within our Analytics capability**_._**_ _We take pride in our** **achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry. You'll help lead complex data solutions, mentor team members, lead multi-capability presentations, and take ownership of Measurements. **Your primary responsibilities will include**:
**Qualifications**
- Guide team members, providing clear direction.
- Create compelling multi-capability presentations and pitches.
- Take ownership of Indicators, ensuring accountability for results.
- Maintain an understanding of global Jellyfish team responsibilities.
- Collaborate with fellow directors to align processes across different specializations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Jellyfish delivery quality and efficiency.
- Implement advanced projects tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Collaborate with other capabilities to identify areas for improvement and enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Assess team skills levels to develop learning pathways and address any gaps.
- Proficiency in_ _knowledge of deliverables and benefits associated with Paid Media, Asset Optimization, Web & App Measurement, Advanced Analytics, and Data Modelling products.
- Demonstrated expertise of working on GCP, machine learning, and cloud for marketing use cases.
- You will have 8 years experience within these skills
- Skills using tools such as GA4, CM360, Google Ads, SimilarWeb, JIQ, DV360, SA360, YouGov, and Looker Studio to deliver value to clients.
- Familiarity with creating internal collateral and developing upskilling video modules for key features and technologies
- Adept at blending data, insights, and strategy to provide comprehensive recommendations that drive marketing activities.
- ** Analytics & Reporting -** You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- ** Creative Problem Solving - **You create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
- ** Team Collaboration - **You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- ** Adaptability - **You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
