We provide cleaning and sanitation solutions to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing environments through a dual focus on sales and technical service/consultation to new and existing customers. As strong business partners, Ecolab works with customers to develop sanitation plans and programs, evaluate processes and procedures, troubleshoot technical issues and identify and implement operational efficiencies.

**What You Will Do**:

- Support the countries for corporate account acquisitions.
- Maintain relations to accounts at senior and decision-making unit level based on win-win principle.
- Develop and implement clear communication strategies to external (e.g. customers) and internal interfaces.
- Set up and manage Customer Working Groups.
- Participate with an active role in sales promotions (Blitz).
- Negotiate framework agreements (including pricing and incentives).
- Steer communication and conduct review meetings.
- Harmonize the offers throughout the different account locations.
- Complete the long-term (3 year) and short-term (1 year) plan (Plan Package).
- Complete strategic analysis and the offer for the account including SWOT- and competitor analysis, total offer, including products and services package, pricing, in line with European Global Strategy.
- Set up customer action plans, measure regularly progress against targets.
- Ensure net sales growth in own area of responsibility through the structured process for customer acquisition and maintenance (GSSP). Use the specific elements of customer analysis, planning, time management and documentation.
- Monitor and report markets in own area of responsibility (customer needs, competitors, prices).
- Follow corporate guidelines and processes and monitor team’s adherence to the same.
- Report own activities following guidelines.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Graduate level with economic focus or equivalent experience.
- Process know-how in related areas.
- 5-8 years (international) sales experience in B2B, preferably in the F&B area.
- Fluent English & preferably more languages, including Arabic.
- Negotiation & communication skills.
