Head, Investment Office

Executions of all aspects of financial, stratgic and healthcare investment process. Manages investment portfolio and ensures continuous monitoring of the returns generated.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures and quality standards in the Investment Departmnet.

2. Reviews and recommends changes to Department’s policy and procedure manual on periodic basis.

3. Collaborates with the Director, Treasury & Investment to discuss the weekly/monthly progress reports, seek guidance on resolving challenges etc.

4. Provides accurate and timely information to senior management which facilitates key investment related decision.

5. Actively involved in sourcing and expanding access to investment opportunity flow, by leveraging existing contacts and selectively building new networks and referral sources.

6. Interacts with brokers, sellers and investment bankers to understand and determine transaction assumptions, facts and risks necessary to properly evaluate an opportunity.

7. Ensures investment opportunities meet standards established by the Investment Committee and Board of Directors and that investment processes and requisite approvals are obtained.

8. Review the Hospital’s portfolio performance (stratgic, healthcare and financial) periodically for reporting, e.g. every 3 months to identify gaps or potential imbalances.

9. Prepares budget requirements for the amount to be invested.

10. Coordinates preparation of business cases for stratgic/healthcare investments, with relevant departments.

11. Chairs and/or serves as a committees member as assigned.

12. Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.

13. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

14. Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Nine (9) years of related experience with Master’s, or elven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including four (4) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
? Professional accounting qualification such as Accounting certification, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), etc. is preferred.

? Saudi National only.
